![]() Side Note - Business Management - NotionĪs a quick side note, Notion is so powerful that my wife uses it to run her home-based baking business, Gray Barn Baking. Notion is extremely powerful and has its place, but task management really isn't its strength. Get more done with faster load times, a more robust task implementation, note backlinks, reliable multi-device syncing, and a wealth of productivity-focused. Plus, Todoist is just easier to use, at least for me. ![]() In Todoist, recurring tasks do exactly what you think they should. Trying to get Notion to handle recurring tasks is an exercise in futility - at least as of this writing. With Pleexys integration you can automatically sync tasks from Notion to Todoist and keep them updated on both ends. Many of my tasks are recurring - things I need to do each day, week, month, etc. ![]() You might absolutely be able to do this - but I just couldn't. Great question! And I don't think this can be explained in a blog post - you have to experience it yourself. ![]() But - Notion has a "Task" module - why not just use it? Microsoft Loop is now available in preview (opens in new tab). This use of Notion keeps my thoughts organized and at my fingertips, whether I am at home on my laptop or on the road with my phone. Content within Loop can be shared across Microsoft 365 apps and stay in sync across those services. Similar sets of cards exist for our products, strategic projects, and operational areas (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, etc.). Each service has its own card on my homepage - and if you click on each card, you will bring up the details for that service. ![]()
